bmp中文問題解決

bmp算是目前linux上比較好用的mp3 player
可是有中文歌名亂碼問題
這是因為bmp是以utf8為基礎
不過這是可以解決的
照著下面步驟：

1.開啟偏好設定
2.點選plugin分頁
3.在media標籤
4.MPEG Audio Plugin的偏好設定
5,點選Title標籤
6,勾選 convert non-UTF8 ID3 tags to UTF8
7.在下面的ID3 encodings 加入big5,gb2312
